Successfully led the transition of 11 countries from EOR to direct employment and five countries to a new EOR, resulting in annual cost savings of $1M and a significant improvement in the employee experience.
Supported the creation of a location strategy, aligning workforce expansion efforts and compliance obligations with business needs and talent acquisition goals.
Leading the execution of this strategy by establishing a presence in identified new markets and monitoring compliance requirements across various geographies.
