For Molson Coors, Kris Cannode is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s long term incentive compensation plans; including processing award transactions, reconciliations, participant inquiries, and global equity tax compliance. In his current role as Sr. Compensation Analyst, Kris continues to manage the company’s longterm incentive compensation plans in addition to supporting global functions for compensation related activities. He also oversees the company’s global compensation planning tool and supports the legal team with the company’s Board of Director compensation activities. Kris holds a BS in business administration from Colorado State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA); and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM – Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certifications.
