Your role

 

Manage international assignments for dedicated groups of employees in specific regions. Advise HR Business Partners, Business Leaders as well as employees and expatriates on international assignments and cross-border working.

 

Your future plans

 

  • E2E organization and management of individual international assignments and related selected processes throughout the assignment lifecycle in close collaboration with internal (such as HR SSC, tax department) and external partners (local authorities) and vendors for e.g. taxes, immigration, relocation.
  • Select and propose segment and assignment type for an assignment.
  • Advise employee, assemble assignment package, prepare contractual agreements, cost planning and allocation, and ensure compliance. Prepare cost forecasts for the business units, advise on assignment packages and their design as well as tax principles and social security issues.
  • Close cooperation with the Payroll & Tax Provider for expatriates.
  • Collaborate with all providers along defined service level and reports on provider performance for client meetings.
  • Design and continuously update reports for all clients and Global Mobility leader on ongoing deployment processes and deployment population.
  • Contribute and provide input to HR and Global Mobility projects.
  • Drive continuous optimization of the area of responsibility, its organization and processes and strive for further development of the HR Global Mobility function.

 

Your profile

 

  • Completed college/university studies in business administration or completed training as HR specialist with first relevant professional experience, alternatively comparable qualification
  • Initial expertise in the management of international personnel assignments and cross-border work
  • First good knowledge of relevant aspects and regulations in the areas of taxes, social security, immigration and labor law
  • Good knowledge of operational HR tasks and processes
  • Good understanding of the RWE business and its HR requirements
  • First professional experience in HR management
  • High customer orientation, good communication skills and very good written and spoken English, further foreign language skills helpful
