2. Diverse collaboration – Encourages diversity.
Many and varied viewpoints, cognitive styles, working together provide stronger insights and solutions to emerge.
3. Optimistic growth mindset – Core belief that problems are solvable and embrace possibilities for change.
Constraints are healthy and provide opportunity for creativity.
4. Experimental – Bias for action, testing, learning, and embracing ambiguity.
But don’t forget reflection after the action too.
Think of each principle as a cog that can be turned to move towards the intended direction.
This is how you can keep progressing when obstacles are in your way (and they will be).
Use these principles to guide your thinking and actions.
