In the course of my #work research, I have repeatedly found that #trust and #connection are crucial elements for success.

Whether it is the study #engaging #leaders, successful #changemanagement or effective #managers of #distributed #teams, trusted connections was always been a common factor.

This white paper highlights that 31% of people have high-trust work relationships and another 35% have neutral to toxic relationships at work.

This underscores the #leadership imperative for the #futureofwork.

This paper delves into:

The state of trust across different work network relationships

The impact of various relationships on work experience and productivity outcomes – and the opportunity build trusted networks for better outcomes

The devastating impact of when trust is missing

4 design recommendations to build and protect trusted and productive relationships in our distributed work reality.

“I am an experienced Global Mobility and Human Resources/Rewards executive who believes a program should continue to grow/change as the environment/conditions change. Policies/Programs should continue to transform as the company itself changes. This is one of my passions. The better the program it’s better for the Company and all of that will enable a better employee experience. To me “the job” is different every day. Each employee I deal with is different from other; each has personal circumstances. Every person I deal with, an employee or Corporate HR client, makes the job different on a daily basis. I make sure my company’s employees are properly cared for during some of the most stressful times in a person life. I will ensure employees thrive with little or no impact on their family’s personal lives and the employee’s professional life.  In the world of Talent Mobility moving people is the basis of the job; making them happy is what we need to do. As an HR leader, I’m the Human aspect of the Company; need to ensure our employee knows this, and reinforce we are there for them.”
