*Business Leadership. Ken has led global teams of up to 500 with executive-level direct reports. As consulting practice leader for both Aon and Towers Perrin, he was responsible for practice P&Ls, transformational strategy, operations and solution innovation to drive growth.
As Leader of People Analytics Program Research for Meta, Ken led a team of 60 Directors, Managers, PhD researchers and Data Scientists and helped build the People Analytics function’s consultative and collaborative approach with Business, Program and Product Leaders.
He has led Aon’s and Towers Perrin’s Global Consulting Practices for Organizational Research, Total Rewards, M&A, Culture & Employee Engagement and Change Management. Ken was responsible for Meta’s People Analytics supporting the company’s Future of Work, Employee Listening,
Skills Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness efforts with a focus on Selection, Onboarding, Leadership, Managers, and Teams programs and products.
*Data/People Analytics. Ken is an expert in statistics and analytical techniques that guide important business decisions using employee, operational, customer and financial data.
He has expertise in descriptive, comparative, predictive and prescriptive analytics and has also built conjoint analysis, optimization analysis, systems dynamics modeling and NLP decision-support systems.
Regardless of technique, Ken is an expert at translating business requirements and story telling with data in a way that surfaces key insights, identifies practical recommendations and motivates change.

Ken has brought many successful and innovative products to market including Total Rewards Optimization, Aon’s Mood Ring, and Aon’s Modern Employee Experience Platform used by millions of employees and hundreds of thousand of managers around the world. He has led Agile product teams, product roadmaps and is an expert in Design Thinking and Agile Sprints to empathize with and accelerate user value.
