Mentorship programs (which could get confused with coaching, but that’s another post) are great at promoting knowledge transfer within industries. You can take the expertise of a tenured high performer and pass that on to someone newer in their career journey. There are a lot of inside tips to learn as you grow professionally, and a formal mentorship program is a great way to professionally develop career winning skills and behaviours.
