A regular Judge for: International Business Awards, HR Awards, and a member of Workforce Business Intelligence board. He is a frequent presenter and panelist at global conferences, seminars and webinars.  A keen supporter of charitable causes and organizations including: Save the Children and International Red Cross. Located in Germany for the past 19 years and a long-time mobile worker.
