a 4-season playground, is located high-up 7000 feet, about 100 miles east of downtown LA.

It’s the family’s comfy 3BR townhome, sleeps 6. Just a very short walk to lake marina; a 10-minute drive into BigBearVillage which is a mecca for bars, restaurants and shops; and the townhome is an easy 15-minute drive down BigBearBoulevard to SnowSummit.

“Back-porch” Deck is very relaxing with table and chairs; BBQ; tall trees are majestic; easy access to tennis courts, hoop and pool/jacuzzi. From the deck you look-out at the forest foothills and at night enjoy great sky views… stars/planets clearly visible. It’s a wow!

BigBearLake is adjacent; boat marina just a very short walk. Neighborhood is a wonderful walking area, especially over to the Boulder Bay recreation area. Nearby are trails for hiking/biking.
