Example questions:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. Are they challenging each other by offering different perspectives of the talent? Or, are they silently observing?
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗥 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀. What is their role during talent review conversations? Silent partners and observers? Notetakers? Engaged, participatory contributors?
