Despite individual variations within any group, it seems there are really significant differences between the generations (Baby boomers, GenX, Millennials, and GenZ) in terms of their best work traits and what they want from work.
This infographic summarizes some of these differences and they’re fascinating.
I find millennials especially interesting, with their passion for work that is meaningful and flexible, and their search for an empathic employer.
This matches my own experience of this generation.
