My education in real estate started long before I entered high school. I spent years watching and learning from my family members as they operated several businesses and investments.

In 1998 I realized there was more to learn and began studying the various aspects of business and real estate.

Guided by my mentor who made is wealth in Real Estate, I learned, studied and began investing in multiple facets of the market; NNN commercial, Tax Deeds, Tax Liens, Excess Funds, Pre-foreclosures, and Wholesaling, just to name a few.

However, my passion for real estate isn’t solely money motivate. I desire to help people and if I have to chose between helping a person or making money off of that same person and cause them grief, I choose to help.

After six (6) years of research and study, we’ve figured out why the small business death rate hasn’t changed in the past 30+ years. There are 3 things:

1. business owner doesn’t know what stage their business in.

2. They don’t know what action steps are required on their business stage.

3. They don’t actionable data and instructions to guide them through the action steps they must take.

Not only have we figured it out, we decided to build a solution to solve this problem.

My passion is to provide small business owners with the guidance they need to achieve the dream they envisioned when they first set out to start their business.
