Job interviews

aren’t just about your skills.

They’re about how you respond to tough questions

your self-awareness,

decision-making, and

problem-solving abilities.

Here are 12 of the hardest job interview questions and how to handle them:

Show self-awareness by mentioning a specific area you’re working to improve.

—> Can you give an example of a time when you had to defend a decision?
Show confidence in your choices and explain your rationale.

—> Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer.
Share how you managed stress and resolved the situation professionally.

—> Tell me about a time you missed a deadline.
Be honest about what went wrong and how you improved for the future.

—> Why do you want to leave your current role?
Focus on your desire for growth and new challenges that align with your career goals.

—> What sets you apart from other candidates?
Highlight your unique skills that directly benefit the role.

GROUP DISCUSSION

REPATRIATION

Wonderful, interactive dialog throughout the program by experienced talent delivered practical info, insight, guidance.

The theme “TRANSITIONS” was the underlying theme, people going thru personal change.

Also discussed was the TCK’s meaning 3rd-culture kids and the issues / opportunities that arise from kids having that experience… meaning learning how to use the experience as a “victory” and as a path forward using the skills / attitudes learned to become an advantage once they learn to “quantify” their experiences / identify and talk about the new skills learned… yes, quantify the experiences meaning identify specifics about what was learned.

“Here’s what makes me different, more qualified than others for a job or task.”

It was an education for me to Host/Moderate; grateful.
