Lauren was quick to find a short term fully furnished apartment for my time frame, location, parking space, and within my budget. She worked seamlessly with the management to be able to move me in within a month and when I needed to extend my time, she negotiated the extension. All utilities and internet were set up for me and I was able to transition into the apartment with minimal stress. The apartment had excellent amenities also. Clearly the greater DC area and all the transient workers out here in various forms of TDY has spawned a whole business model of corporate housing/furniture rental/amenity/etc. Sojurn, in my experience, has been phenomenal. They have been exceptional in their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to bend over backwards to make the process for me first class. Service can be dependent upon who you work with. They clearly know the business, know how to set and meet expectations, and be flexible enough to cater to individual needs. I can’t say enough good things about Sojurn. 5 Stars!
