EXPAT STUDY …. A SURVEY
As you know, as a result of COVID-19, many companies will move to a more flexible model of work location. We believe this trend has the potential to disproportionately disrupt expatriation practices. We are undertaking a study on the implications of “work from anywhere” on expatriation. Our goal is to understand what will change and the potential impact of these changes on the skills profile of future leaders.
