  • Four men functioned as mentors even though they were not “formally” in that role
    • Others will know immediately if we accept them
  • My grandfather’s impact on my life
  • My uncle’s impact on my life
  • My high school football coach’s impact on my life
  • My father-in-law’s impact on my life
  • My wife’s current impact on my life through 57 years on a continuous journey
  • Flight training and the increase in my confidence
  • From the cockpit to the Board Room
    • Strategic thinking
    • Critical thinking
    • Risk assessment
    • Risk management
    • Adaptability
    • Stress management
    • Resilience
    • Communication
    • Trust
    • Loyalty

THANK YOU Ron for your definitive message.

I feel “blessed” to receive this, and when further thinking about it all, my responsibility for the described (coming forward toward me) to learn more and be very prepared to enable this communication series to penetrate the audience… not just 1-time …also from the subsequent “channel” distributions which create repetitive viewing (note “Hollywood” calls that process “streaming”).

“My engine” will be ready for you.
THANK YOU for the learning/doing opportunity.

from Ron…

Thank you, Ed. I will do everything I can to ensure that you and your viewers/listeners know that I am not trying to draw attention to myself. Instead, I know people like me (and used to be) who serve in companies worldwide. Leaders need to understand how to accept and adapt to others to garner their best performance. Great leaders know and care about others. That involves learning and adapting to personality types. Much of what I will be discussing is centered on awareness.
I will also address being “appropriately vulnerable.” That is my term for growing beyond my past without being defined by it. Great leaders need to be genuine and relatable. I hope to purvey that during these sessions.
