Successfully created 4 departments within the organization: the ISO 9001certified Partnership department, the Outbound Services department, the Household Goods coordination division for all branch offices of HELMA Intl, and the Training division for HELMA India.
Currently heads the Partnership department and is responsible for sourcing, training and managing mobility providers across the globe.
Also responsible for business process management & innovation, training and quality implementation of HELMA Intl’s Outbound department
Actively involved in RFPs, cost negotiations, contract management, and in implementation of client KPIs and quality norms
