Every career has its own story and is a journey. My journey through the human resources management started at Bureau Veritas (Tehran). With a passion for communication, learning and planning.

As years passed on, so did my passion for more effective and authentic communication with people, which would allow me to coach them so that they may identify their own talents and competencies.

I am a highly committed HR Manager with over 15 years of work experience in HR and Communication, primarily in multinational companies including Mitsubishi and Unilever. My big passion is developing employees and organizations through effective communication, talent development and coaching, they may become empowered performers to utilise their talents & capabilities.

Meeting managers and employees of different background gave me a broader perspective on how to manage a diverse group into a convergent corporate goal and mission.
