Nobody likes failing so it’s natural to think negatively about our failures, but here’s another way to look at them that is more positive and useful.
This smart infographic illustrates some of the “successes” in failure, things that we gain when we fail: Lessons Learned, A Richer Perspective, Continuous Improvement, Motivation, Resilience, Courage, Inspiration, and Innovation.
I remember vividly some of my own failure-”successes” (at work and beyond) and what I gained from them – and they were valuable learning experiences indeed.
