FDI and COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

(San Diego, California – DEC 11 ’24)

It’s not about me.

I’m dedicating my space to a 25-year friend and business client because he has done something magnificent and I feel I do not need to talk about my achievement of developing/producing 900+ GlobalTVtalkshows (youtube) bootstrapping since March 2020.

I do want to tell you about CHRIS EXLINE, an American executive headquartered in Hong Kong for 27 years. Without investors, no Board, no bank debt, he created, built and still owns the largest furniture rental company outside the US; not just retail but also manufacturing.

Introducing you to

Chris Exline

CEO, Home Essentials

More than 2 years ago he decided to relocate his office from Hong Kong to an 800-year-old small town, purchased the manufacturing capacity of a small factory, employed the local citizens, taught modern techniques and coached talent development, and also he integrated himself into the community.

By doing all of this, over time Chris has delivered on his promises, has helped people, enabled rapport and “trust” has developed.

The War has created orphans; orphans’ lives have been shattered; parents have been killed or they have disappeared. Living conditions and mental health for many have drastically deteriorated.

Personal efforts demonstrated and mattresses delivered personally by Chris across Ukraine, even on the war’s frontlines, have resulted in KEEPING HOPE ALIVE.

More about CHRIS EXLINE and his business of mattress manufacturing and donations/charity :

St. Nicholas Day in Bucha, Ukraine.

Honored to be invited to the celebration at this newly renovated school destroyed during the occupation.

2 years ago, a day like this was unthinkable; children playing, opening gifts, smiling, laughing.

What makes this mattress donation so special was the chance to meet and thank the teachers who remained during the battles to protect the children.

Possessing the means to flee, they possessed the purpose to stay enduring the horror of occupation.

True heroes in every sense of the word.

Just 30km (18 miles) from Kyiv, it was Bucha where the troops & citizens arrested Russia’s advance.

Their bravery not only inspired the world, it mobilized the global consensus to aid Ukraine forever closing any concept of capitulation.

Prevailing came at the cost deliberate destruction and surviving an invader’s worst impulses. So, I was able to thank them.

It was Bucha that compelled me to come to Ukraine.
 Knowing that Ukraine would survive.
Knowing Ukraine would be rebuilt.
And here we are!

This is what reconstruction should look like. It should like the children – learning, playing, laughing, opening gifts & new schools! Happy St. Nicholas Day.

Special thanks to Kostyantyn Zolotukhin, Vitalii Opanasiuk , and the Rotary Club Kyiv-Sophia for their assistance and introductions.
